This program works with Indigenous artists and artisan communities through direct relationships, fairer sales paths, tours built with local consent, and project support when it is asked for. In Oaxaca, Margarita Gutiérrez Martínez and Jazmín "Coyotita" Casimiro are trusted community partners who keep the work grounded in Zapotec and Mazatec cultural knowledge.
Tours can bring income without turning culture into a prop when they are built through real local relationships.
